Before you call: Nutrisystem's two money rules

The 6:00 p.m. ET cutoff

Nutrisystem processes auto-delivery orders on a schedule, and its policy is explicit: cancellations (and any other order changes) must be in before 6:00 p.m. ET the day before your order is scheduled to be fulfilled at the warehouse. Miss the cutoff and that order ships and bills as normal — your cancellation then applies to the following order. If you are close to your next order date, cancel a few days early rather than gambling on the deadline.

Just need a break? Delaying is self-serve

If the freezer is full or you are traveling, you do not have to cancel outright.
