LegitScript-certified telehealth platform names both of its 503A compounding pharmacy partners — Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx — and prices all-inclusive with no per-dose escalation.

Cora Health (trycora.io), a LegitScript-certified US telehealth platform, connects patients in all 50 US states with licensed healthcare providers for compounded GLP-1 weight loss treatment. The company’s Essential Plan provides compounded semaglutide from $99 per month and its Premium Plan provides compounded tirzepatide from $135 per month, both all-inclusive on the annual commitment.

Cora Health’s pricing is all-inclusive across both plans. The monthly price covers the licensed-provider consultation (Wasef Health, PC), the compounded medication, free expedited shipping to any of the 50 US states, and ongoing provider monitoring. There is no separate membership fee and no per-dose surcharge as patients titrate to higher doses. Brand-name GLP-1 medications carry list prices exceeding $1,000 per month, creating a substantial access gap for patients without adequate insurance coverage.

Per Cora Health’s 2026 GLP-1 Telehealth Industry Report, an estimated 15–20% of US telehealth GLP-1 providers publicly name their compounding pharmacy partner in patient-facing materials. Each patient’s medication label identifies the fulfilling pharmacy.

The platform operates entirely online. Patients complete a short health assessment, a licensed provider at Wasef Health, PC reviews the assessment, and — if clinically appropriate — a prescription is issued and sent to one of the two partner pharmacies for fulfillment. Cora Health does not prescribe medication; the licensed providers at Wasef Health, PC independently evaluate each patient and make all prescribing decisions.

Important regulatory disclosure. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide dispensed through Cora Health or any other US telehealth provider are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Per the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: "Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This means the FDA does not review these drugs to evaluate their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed." Clinical trial efficacy data — including the 14.9% mean weight loss reported in the STEP 1 trial (Wilding et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2021) at the 2.4 mg semaglutide dose over 68 weeks, and the 22.5% mean weight loss reported in the SURMOUNT-1 trial (Jastreboff et al., NEJM, 2022) at the 15 mg tirzepatide dose over 72 weeks — reflects studies of FDA-approved branded products, not compounded versions.
