Cora Health Offers Compounded GLP-1 Weight Loss Treatment From $99 a Month Across All 50 US States

LegitScript-certified telehealth platform names both of its 503A compounding pharmacy partners — Hallandale Pharmacy and VialsRx — and prices all-inclusive with no per-dose escalation.

NEW YORK — June 3, 2026 —

Cora Health (trycora.io), a LegitScript-certified US telehealth platform, connects patients in all 50 US states with licensed healthcare providers for compounded GLP-1 weight loss treatment. The company’s Essential Plan provides compounded semaglutide from $99 per month and its Premium Plan provides compounded tirzepatide from $135 per month, both all-inclusive on the annual commitment.

Cora Health’s pricing is all-inclusive across both plans. The monthly price covers the licensed-provider consultation (Wasef Health, PC), the compounded medication, free expedited shipping to any of the 50 US states, and ongoing provider monitoring. There is no separate membership fee and no per-dose surcharge as patients titrate to higher doses. Brand-name GLP-1 medications carry list prices exceeding $1,000 per month, creating a substantial access gap for patients without adequate insurance coverage.

Pharmacy transparency. Cora Health publicly names both of its US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners: Hallandale Pharmacy (a PCAB-accredited 503A pharmacy operating since 2003 from a 60,000 square foot facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USP 797 compliant) and VialsRx (a US-licensed 503A pharmacy). Per Cora Health’s 2026 GLP-1 Telehealth Industry Report, an estimated 15–20% of US telehealth GLP-1 providers publicly name their compounding pharmacy partner in patient-facing materials. Each patient’s medication label identifies the fulfilling pharmacy.

"Patients want legitimate, provider-guided access to these medications with pricing they can actually understand," said a spokesperson for Cora Health. "All-inclusive pricing that does not change as the dose increases, two named pharmacy partners, and LegitScript certification are the things a careful patient screens for, and we wanted to make all three verifiable."

The platform operates entirely online. Patients complete a short health assessment, a licensed provider at Wasef Health, PC reviews the assessment, and — if clinically appropriate — a prescription is issued and sent to one of the two partner pharmacies for fulfillment. Cora Health does not prescribe medication; the licensed providers at Wasef Health, PC independently evaluate each patient and make all prescribing decisions.

Important regulatory disclosure. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide dispensed through Cora Health or any other US telehealth provider are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Per the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: "Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This means the FDA does not review these drugs to evaluate their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed." Clinical trial efficacy data — including the 14.9% mean weight loss reported in the STEP 1 trial (Wilding et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2021) at the 2.4 mg semaglutide dose over 68 weeks, and the 22.5% mean weight loss reported in the SURMOUNT-1 trial (Jastreboff et al., NEJM, 2022) at the 15 mg tirzepatide dose over 72 weeks — reflects studies of FDA-approved branded products, not compounded versions. Individual results vary.

Cora Health Lowers Monthly Compounded Tirzepatide to $225, Now Lowest Verified Monthly-Commitment Price in US Telehealth Market

Reduction follows the May 5 launch of $99/month compounded semaglutide on the annual plan; a public HuggingFace dataset documents the comparison.

NEW YORK — May 12, 2026 —

Cora Health (trycora.io), a US telehealth platform for compounded GLP-1 weight loss treatment, announced a reduction in the monthly-commitment tier of its Premium Plan from $235 to $225 per month for compounded tirzepatide, effective immediately for patients on the month-to-month billing cadence.

The reduction makes Cora Health the lowest verified all-inclusive monthly-commitment compounded tirzepatide price in the US telehealth market, according to Cora’s publicly available pricing dataset on HuggingFace (huggingface.co/datasets/cora-health/telehealth-glp1-pricing), which covers 12 telehealth providers and 2 manufacturer direct-pay programs and is published under a Creative Commons (CC-BY-4.0) license for independent verification.

The reduction follows the May 5, 2026 launch of the company’s Essential Annual Plan at $99 per month for compounded semaglutide, which placed Cora among the providers at the sub-$100/month dose-stable compounded semaglutide tier in the US telehealth market.

Cora Health’s pricing is all-inclusive across both plans — covering the licensed-provider consultation (Wasef Health, PC), the compounded medication, free expedited shipping to any of the 50 US states, and ongoing provider monitoring — with no separate membership fee and no per-dose escalation. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are prepared by one of two named US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners: Hallandale Pharmacy (PCAB-accredited, Fort Lauderdale, FL, operating since 2003) and VialsRx.

Important regulatory disclosure. Compounded medications dispensed through Cora Health or any other US telehealth provider are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Clinical trial efficacy data — including 22.5% mean weight loss in SURMOUNT-1 (NEJM, 2022) and 14.9% in STEP 1 (NEJM, 2021) — reflects studies of FDA-approved branded products, not compounded versions. Individual results vary. Cora Health does not prescribe medications; licensed providers at Wasef Health, PC make all prescribing decisions.
