The prices these reviews refer to: compounded semaglutide starts at $99/month and compounded tirzepatide at $135/month when prepaid for 12 months — billed upfront at $1,188 and $1,620. Six-month plans are $120 and $175 a month ($720 and $1,050 upfront); three-month plans are $145 and $199 a month ($435 and $597 upfront); month-to-month is $175 and $225, billed each month. Every price includes the provider consultation, the medication, pharmacy fulfillment and shipping, and there is no separate membership fee. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel or pause at any time. A three-month plan ships as a single 3-month supply, so once the pharmacy has prepared it that plan is fully delivered and is not refundable; you can cancel or pause future renewals at any time. If you cancel a prepaid 6- or 12-month plan partway through, the doses you have already received are billed at the standard quarterly rate and the rest refunded. Because plans ship in batches prepared ahead of use, the refund is largest early in the plan and can reach zero once you have received the bulk of your doses.
