How does the Premium Plan work?
After completing your questionnaire, a licensed provider reviews your health profile and designs your personalized care plan. Your plan is fulfilled by a US-licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your door — monthly on a monthly plan, as a single 3-month supply on the quarterly plan, and in 3-month batches on the semi-annual and annual plans.
How much does compounded tirzepatide cost?
Cora Health's Premium Plan offers compounded tirzepatide at $135/month on the annual plan ($1,620 billed every 12 months, renewing until you cancel); month-to-month is $225. The price includes provider consultation, pharmacy fulfillment and free shipping. Brand-name tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) costs $1,000+ per month without insurance. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved products. Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company.
Is tirzepatide better than semaglutide for weight loss?

Is compounded tirzepatide safe?
Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by 503A state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The safety of compounded medications depends on the quality of the compounding pharmacy and the oversight of your prescribing provider.
