How to cancel the Ro Body Program

Ro lets you cancel the Body Program (its weight-loss membership) yourself, online — you do not have to call. Ro publicly describes its cancellation as self-serve.

• Log in to your account at my.ro.co using the email associated with your subscription.
• On the white card labeled Ro Body Program, click Plan.
• Select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to confirm.
• If you do not see a Cancel Plan option, email Ro at care@ro.co to cancel.
• Watch for the confirmation email and keep it as proof your cancellation went through.
