Cancel online. Clear refund terms. No membership fee.
Cora Health is a cash-pay GLP-1 telehealth service with no separate membership fee, a cancel-or-pause-anytime policy you run from your patient portal or by email, and a published refund policy. No phone call is required to cancel, and you are never locked into a contract. This page explains exactly how cancellation, refunds, and support work — and how to verify every claim independently.
Cancel or pause in four steps — no phone call required
- 1
Message your care team or email us
Open your Cora patient portal and message the care team, or email help@trycora.io. No phone call is required, and there is no retention-call hurdle to get through.
- 2
Choose cancel or pause
Tell the team whether you want to cancel or pause. Pausing sets your plan to resume on a date you choose; while paused you are not billed. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- 3
Time it before your next shipment
Reach out before your next shipment is prepared so your change applies in time. A monthly plan stays active through the end of the current month.
- 4
Keep the confirmation
A real person on the care team confirms your change. Keep the confirmation for your records. The full policy is published at trycora.io/refund-policy.
What gets refunded, and when
- Full refund if you cancel before your first shipment is prepared, or if a provider finds you medically ineligible after review.
- On 6- and 12-month plans, the doses you have already received are billed at the standard quarterly rate and the rest is refunded. You are never charged more than you originally paid.
- Any refund can be taken as cash back to your original payment method, or as Cora account credit worth 15% more.
- Compounded medication cannot be returned once the pharmacy has prepared and labeled it — this is standard for all prescription and compounded medications.
- Quarterly plans ship as a single 3-month supply, so once prepared they are fully delivered; you can still cancel or pause future renewals at any time.
- Damaged deliveries are replaced or refunded when reported within 24 hours with photos.

One all-inclusive price — no fee stacked on top
Cora charges one all-inclusive plan price. Compounded semaglutide (Essential Plan) starts at $99/month on the annual plan; compounded tirzepatide (Premium Plan) starts at $135/month on the annual plan. Every plan price already includes the licensed-provider consultation, the compounded medication, US-licensed pharmacy fulfillment, free expedited shipping, and ongoing provider monitoring. There is no separate membership fee, no consultation fee, and no platform fee billed on top of the medication — unlike telehealth models that charge a monthly membership plus medication separately.
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved branded products (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound). Cora Health does not prescribe or compound medication; licensed providers at Wasef Health, PC independently evaluate each patient and make all prescribing decisions. Individual results vary.
