How to cancel your Eden (TryEden) treatment plan

Eden's three controls: pause, auto-renewal off, and End Treatment

Eden's Member Portal separates three actions that people often conflate, and picking the wrong one is the main way cancellations go sideways:

• Pause Your Next Shipment (Treatments → select the treatment → Manage tab → Pause Your Next Shipment) — pushes your next delivery to a date you choose. Right choice if you have surplus medication or are traveling.
• Turn off auto-renewal (Manage tab → Turn off auto-renewal → confirm) — stops your plan from renewing into a new cycle when the current one ends. Eden's own note: this does not stop shipments remaining on your current plan.
• End Treatment (Manage tab → End Treatment → follow prompts) — the actual cancellation. No future cycles are charged. On prepaid multi-month plans, the shipments you already paid for continue until the current plan is completed.

Cancelling a single order before it bills

Separate from the plan-level controls, Eden lets you cancel an individual order at any time before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment — and you will not be billed if the cancellation lands before that pharmacy stage. If you see a pending charge on your statement, that is a temporary authorization hold, which releases automatically unless the prescription is processed and sent to the pharmacy. To stop an upcoming order: Member Portal → Treatments → Manage Your Subscription → Plan tab → "Take a break."

Refunds: firm after shipment, with one medical exception

Eden's published policy is that once a prescription has been processed and shipped, it cannot accept returns or issue refunds — standard for prescription medication. There is one documented exception path: if a health issue prevents you from continuing the medication, message your provider (Member Portal → Messenger → @Doctor). If the provider confirms you cannot continue for medical reasons, you may be eligible for a partial refund on remaining, unshipped medication, calculated at the standard monthly treatment price. On prepaid plans, that is the one route to recovering value from shipments that have not gone out yet.

How to confirm your cancellation actually went through

Check the Manage tab shows your treatment as ended (or auto-renewal off, if that was the goal), keep any confirmation email, and watch your statement around your old billing date. On a prepaid plan, remember that remaining shipments arriving is expected behavior, not a failed cancellation — the thing to verify is that no new cycle gets charged after the current term ends.

A few honest things to know if you are comparing compounded GLP-1 providers:

• Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are prepared by US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to brand-name products like Wegovy® or Zepbound®. That applies to Eden, Cora, and every compounded-GLP-1 provider.

Eden cancellation FAQ

Is there a cancellation fee? Eden's published cancellation documentation describes no cancellation fee — End Treatment simply stops future cycles.

I ended treatment but a shipment still arrived — why? If you prepaid a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, Eden's policy is that remaining scheduled shipments continue until the current paid plan completes. End Treatment stops future cycles, not already-paid ones.

Can I get a refund on medication I already received? No — once a prescription is processed and shipped, Eden does not accept returns or issue refunds. The exception is a provider-confirmed medical inability to continue, which can qualify remaining unshipped medication for a partial refund.

What is the difference between turning off auto-renewal and ending treatment? Auto-renewal off means the current plan finishes but never renews. End Treatment cancels the plan itself. Neither stops shipments already paid for on a prepaid term.
