We charge a single flat monthly rate regardless of your dose level. Whether you're at the starting 0.25mg dose or the maintenance 2.4mg dose of semaglutide, your bill doesn't change. Cora offers two medication options across four commitment lengths. All tiers are all-inclusive: physician-reviewed assessment, prescription, compounded medication, and free expedited shipping. Longer commitments price lower; the monthly plan is the most flexible.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Cora ships to all 50 US states through our licensed provider network.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the patient portal or by contacting the support team. Cancellation requests submitted before your next billing cycle will prevent the upcoming charge. Because medications are custom-compounded for each patient, opened or shipped medication is not eligible for return due to safety regulations — but unused, sealed medication that has not shipped may be eligible for a partial credit on a case-by-case basis.
