Cora's Flat-Rate Pricing Philosophy

Most GLP-1 telehealth services charge more as your dose increases — meaning the better the medication works, the more you pay. Cora operates differently. We charge a single flat monthly rate regardless of your dose level. Whether you're at the starting 0.25mg dose or the maintenance 2.4mg dose of semaglutide, your bill doesn't change. This removes a significant financial disincentive from proper dose titration.

Monthly Pricing Overview

Cora offers two medication options across four commitment lengths. All tiers are all-inclusive: physician-reviewed assessment, prescription, compounded medication, and free expedited shipping. Longer commitments price lower; the monthly plan is the most flexible.

• Compounded Semaglutide (Essential Plan) — $99/month on the annual commitment ($1,188 billed every 12 months), $120/month on the 6-month plan ($720 billed every 6 months), $145/month on the 3-month plan ($435 billed every 3 months), $175/month month-to-month.
• Compounded Tirzepatide (Premium Plan) — $135/month on the annual commitment ($1,620 billed every 12 months), $175/month on the 6-month plan ($1,050 billed every 6 months), $199/month on the 3-month plan ($597 billed every 3 months), $225/month month-to-month.
• All tiers on both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not therapeutically equivalent to FDA-approved products.
• No separate consultation fees — physician review is included in every plan tier.
• No dose-based pricing tiers — the price stays the same throughout your treatment regardless of dose level.

Shipping Policy

All Cora orders ship free via expedited delivery with temperature-controlled packaging. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days from the date your prescription is approved. Medications are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain the 36–46°F cold chain required for peptide medications. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Cora ships to all 50 US states through our licensed provider network.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time by messaging your Cora care team through the patient portal, and someone will take care of it for you. Cancellation requests submitted before your next billing cycle will prevent the upcoming charge. Because medications are custom-compounded for each patient, opened or shipped medication is not eligible for return due to safety regulations — but unused, sealed medication that has not shipped may be eligible for a partial credit on a case-by-case basis.
